Senior Program Associate

Eureka People has been with NCDI since July 2007. As a Senior Program Associate, Eureka is responsible for project management of the Benton Harbor ConnectUP Initiative, database development and administration, Skillman’s Good Neighborhoods Initiative, and support for other projects. Before joining NCDI, Eureka lead an assimilation department that improved metrics by 100 percent in most areas, manage key capital projects up to $16 million, and contributed to increased manufacturing performance and production by providing strategic staffing and organizational effectiveness work. Eureka has a B.S. Electrical engineering and a Masters in Theology. Her personal philosophy is to always leave the people, the place, and yourself in a better position than when you came.
