Senior Program Associate

Marco has been with NCDI since April 2007. As a Senior Program Associate, Marco works with nonprofits to increase organizational effectiveness and leadership and manages the capacity-building efforts of foundations with their grantees. Marco has a background in housing advocacy, having served as the Program Director of East Bay Housing Organizations for over four years. As Program Director he managed the East Bay’s largest annual affordable housing education campaign – Affordable Housing Week. Marco has coordinated the passage of a state-wide housing bond at the local level, was the Field Coordinator for a housing ballot initiative in San Francisco, and is a board member of the San Francisco Organizing Project. Marco holds a B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University. He is married and is the proud father of twin girls.
