Diana Maria Lee
Pogram Director

Diana Lee joined NCDI in 2003 as a Program Director. Diana is responsible for guiding a wide range of capacity building projects, including developing and managing statewide and national training programs on advocacy, evaluation and building capacity for social change for individuals, the public sector and organizations – community based, grassroots, foundations, and capacity building groups. Her greatest passion is creating spaces for peer to peer learning, storytelling, reflective growth and the emergence of strong, trusting and collaborative partnerships that support leadership and excellence. An alumnus of the LeaderSpring (formerly Eureka Communities) Fellowship for non profit directors, Diana holds a B.S. in Health Science with an emphasis in Community Health Education from San Francisco State University. A Native of Oklahoma, Diana enjoys storytelling, traveling, spending time with family and friends, hip hop aerobics, and reading.
